I am from Adelaide, just switch over to optus not long ago, and travelling to Melbourne at the moment.
I m staying in a hotel right in Flinder Street of Mebourne CBD and i can barely have any network at all, not able to make a normal fone call or make a google search or using map. It s very inconvenient and got lost a few time just to find my hotel with all the luggage and the taxi refuse to take us further as we have no idea where our destination is. Not until we got help from kind stranger and walk a fair distance in the cold just to arrive in the right place.
I need a great explanation and a solution for this as it s very rough start experience with Optus. my fone number is 0430285506. I m staying in Melbourne for a couple more days and very unsure whether i can rely on your services to find my way arround this time.
