Hi,

Did you make a change in MYACCOUNT recently? Or have you requested something from Optus staff at all?

Optus have the really bad practice for defining basic things as "Orders" and send out vague notifications as the are processed. Its generally not actually "ordering" a product or service.

No, I have not made any order nor have I changed anything in the Myaccount.

They sometimes happen when an Optus staffer does something behind the scenes (like adjust a benefit etc.)

But you will probably need to try chase it up. You can't do that here. Only with Optus directly (which will take some time waiting)
