$10 overcharges - complaint not answered

I called customer services 2 weeks ago because of the auto top up. I thought it seemed to. E always asking me to top up abd when I checked in last 3 months it had topped up $140 when I’m on a $40 plan - I never used more than 7g???

I had a 19g plan so why did it ever top up? Agent says it tops up on ow balance ... but it never ran out of my original amount - despite promise of call from Manager I have heard nothing

I requested a full breakdown of last 3 months charges - received nothing

Re: $10 overcharges - complaint not answered

Unfortunately Optus support are the only people that can help you with that and short of contacting them again via the live chat link below you may need to make a complaint. It sounds like you are not getting the correct amount of data to start off with.

Start with My Account (or the Optus App.) You should be able to see the daily data usage there. Should show where the data was clocked up (which app and what day).
