Totally frustrated with Optus is an understatement at the moment.
It's now the 10th day since I requested for my replacement sim to be activated & I've had to contact Optus 5 times & still keep getting the run around being told it's been escalated & will be active shortly.
Not good enough Optus!!!
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I get this resolved so I have an active service?

It must be an IT issue, do you have an incident/fault ticket number that we can follow up to try and help out?
