I bought credit but it won’t let me make calls or texts ? It’s $10 extras credit add on. Is there a way to transfer this money to my normal credit ?

Hi Celiene, I am a fairly new member, but I had this same problem myself. However, I Googled 24/7 Live Chat and got to speak with a technician who put me through to the correct area. The Optus staff then fixed the issue. Cheers 1Convict
