$1,320 per Gigabyte rate for Prepaid

Why is Optus charging poorer Prepaid ($30 per 6 months) users $1,320 per Gigabyte rate? Especially when they often simply want to use the Covid-19 QR check-ins to assist our communities?

Hi @user-id, thanks for getting in touch with us. Just so we're on the same page, are you referring to the Daily plus plan? This provides you 500MB a day. Tina.

plan was Free Anytime - $30 every 6 months prepaid. I've changed plan now after an offer I couldn't refuse
