Lost your phone and need to get a replacement SIM card?
You can head over to your local Optus store and they can help you match the right SIM for the phone you'll be using for free! Find your nearest store here.
Once you've got your new SIM you can activate it yourself online in My Account.
Just follow the 6 steps below:
1 - Log in to My Account
2 - Select the service number you're doing the replacement SIM for
3 - Click on Quick Links > SIM replacement
4 - Click Activate SIM
5 - Enter your new SIM card number, which is printed on both the SIM card and holder
6 - Choose the reason for replacing SIM and click OK
The process takes between 15 minutes to 4 hrs, if it's not working then try switching your phone off, waiting a bit and trying again!
