The change needs to be made from our end.
I'd suggest jumping onto Live Chat.
- Select Personal
- Select the product that your Optus Sport subscription is linked to (Mobile or Home phone + Broadband)
- Billing & General Support
They'll go in and action the change for you. You'll then receive a new email and insutrctions to create a new login password.
