Problem resetting Password

Trying to login into my Optus Sport. Never used it before. It is telling me that my mobile account is eligible and gives me my username  as "NO_EMAIL808968897@OPTUS.COM.AU". I can't login in as I don't have the password and the reset link is a non exsistant email address!!!! How do I reset the account????
