NO. I cancelled and I'm still being charged. It's a monthly subscription so it should've just stopped. It's MORE ANNOYING that since then you've announced that you're waiving the fees AND I'M BEING CHARGED ANYWAY. And it's even more annoying that there's no way of contacting anyone to sort this out
Yep I realise you aren't Optus, that's the main source of my frustration, that Optus are firewalling themselves against service issues with this forum. Optus sport are waiving their fees until May 31.
And is really a common issue round here that people don't realise that they have to cancel a subscription to cancel it??
