I have checked everything and done it about 10 times. There is no contact number to get this sorted I am probably going to cancel my subscription

If you're not using an Optus Email usually then the reset might have been sent to Optus email.

Hi there Hannahlongy,


You may be experiencing a problem due to a recent Optus Sport Security Update


Are you using a VPN? It needs to be turned off to be able to receive the reset password e-mail.
