No soccer so no need for Optus sport. After days of searching I can't anything helpful and Optus are deliberately making it hard to cancel. I have messaged them and they haven't responded. I don't have the app and originally subscribed directly through Optus.

Hi Paddylee. Thanks for the response. I have done that but there are no prompts and no options to cancel that I can see.
This is what mine looks like once i click on a service once logged in and select entertainment.
I have a postpaid mobile phone with Optus.
Thanks Pat. That got it sorted. I was trying to do it from my laptop where it was much easier to do it by phone from your example.
