I added Optus epl but can't login to the app with my username etc. I can't see it in my list of services. Does that mean it wasn't added properly to my Optus account?

I can login on MacBook but not via App on iPhone6s
I have provided details several times to chat line helpers and been told to wait a day or so.
Please provide an update on expected resolution timeframe.
Alternatively, allow us to access content on mobile devices via browser until app issues are resolved.

Hey @TheHappyOne, could you please confirm what error do you get when trying to login? I'd recommend installing the app again and also if a password reset fixes that.
