App log in is not working


When logging into the Optus sport app it tells me to register and pay or check my eligibility. I am eligible and have spoken to others about connecting however it just does the same over and over again.

You're not being prompted to login with your existing Optus Sport credentials, or when you do login, you're asked to confirm eligibility/sign up?


Is it only the Optus Sport mobile application that you're having trouble with? Are you able to login using the Desktop browser version of Optus Sport?
