my account

hi, 

i login into my account and link my optus service pop up and don't get what's it asking for i am trying to request a extension on my bill and the the same thing keeps coming up. 

what do i do to fix this?

Hey charisma, you should be able to setup an extension online. What message is popping up that you're unsure of?
