getting to 'My Account'

When i log in to access my account I get to the dashbioard OK and can access 'view profile' but am unable to access 'My Account'. Any suggestions?

If you haven't already, please try using a different browser, deleting temporary internet files, clearing your cache, using 'incognito' mode.
