Hi. Suddenly our email is not working but we have not changed any settings. Internet is fine but email asking for user name & password so not sending or receiving. Are there any issues with Optus that would cause this??
This issue happens when your email needs to authenticate with the email server, so problems with things like your password. Are you using Optusnet for email, or another email provider like Gmail?
(This isn't a network related issue.)
Hey @PaulRobbo, we're not aware of any mail server outages that may require you to re-authenticate your info at the moment. Please give our Tech Support team a call on 13 13 44 and they can check the settings/password for you.
