I have created a new email account (not with optus) and have updated my optus account details with the new email address. Although I am logging in with the new email address I have just noticed my latest bill has been emailed to the old email address which is my primary email account. Ultimately I want to shut this email down as I am getting so much spam. I can't seem to find how to do this on the optus site and I can't seem to follow the automated phone trail to get to a point where I can do this.
I don’t believe you can remove your primary email as it belongs to your account. For billing purposes you can change the email address via the My Account portal if you wish.
