Wrong plan

I recharged with a $10 voucher and accidently pressed $10 extras credit instead of $10 weekly credit. How can I change it

Hi!

 

That's a recharge selection error!

Well, you can give the Optus Customer Service a phone call at 1300 555 002.

They can process a once off adjustment on your account, but moving forward.. Please be careful with the recharge selection and double check the details!
