I could not log in to my account as I have got confused which email and password I have registered (currently I manage 2 email addresses). I only know my invoice/billing number. When I try to register, it said this account has already registered. But when I try 2 email addresses when I am logging in, none is successful. Can anyone help me? Thanks
When you try to log in try just entering your first email address and then click forgot password. If this is the email address you used to register with my account it will go through the procedure to give you a temporary password. If not try the second email address and click forgot my password.
Otherwise a call or online chat with Optus.
