'Service not eligible for my account registration'
I keep getting this message 'The service entered is not eligible for My Account registration' whenever I try to access anything on my optus account, I have a mobile service that I got recently and the number does not seem to be linking.
Also, please do not direct me to 'service chat' because i cannot access that page either, as it prompts me to login and then redirects me to my dashboard that is constantly refreshing and unusable.

Is recently within the last 48 hours or so? It can take around this time to register in the backend before customers are able to add it.
If not, there does appear to be sort sort of glitch.
