Password change

i keep getting SMSs from Optus that I need tho change my temporary password, but I’ve already changed it. What’s going on?

Has it been more than a day? If not, give it 24 hours, it might be a system glitch.

If it has, this is not something that we can currently assist with here on the forum. If you have a social media account, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details.

Definitely more than a day, do I need to spend more time on this? I keep getting text messages from Optus that I need to change my password otherwise it will expire in a few days. But which password? I’ve got one for webmail that I can’t change and one with my account that I’ve already changed. It’s all SO complicated and wasting my time!
