Hi - I recently changed to a new service with Optus. I have been trying for the past few months to link my new service to my extorting my account so that I can get my bills emailed to me. Every time I try and do this I get a message saying there are issues with the website (have tried at least 10 times over the past three months).
I gave up on linking the account and created a new my account but I want to delete the old one so that I can use my primary email address for the new account I had to create.
Please advise how I can delete my old my account - it has no Optus service linked to it so it's useless.
