Optus disconnected my ADSL but no NBN for 8 days.

Today Optus connected my NBN, cut of my Telstra ADSL and then tell me they can’t connect me for 8 days. I am a small B&B and this will cost us money and lose us customers. What can I do to get this fixed quicker

Hey @MazB - thanks for reaching out. I'm afraid there may be no way to escalate this and have it fixed quicker. Do you have any fault reference numbers we could look into?
