Optus My Account

I recently had to request to change my password since I forgot it. Now after using the temporary password and logging in then changing the password, it asked me to log in again and change the password. I have done this for about 20 times and I changed the password like it told me to but still the same screen. Help please!

Hey @bazan, do you get the same issue if you use another browser or device? This could be a cookies/cache issue so please trying deleting these in your browser settings and try again.
