You'll need to contact Optus directly to find out what they think is out of date (LIVECHAT). They'll need to update it on their end.
As an alternative try accessing your email using a different browser just to confirm that doesn't work.
I am having the same problem . Optus obviously has seen this before , why can't they fix it ?
*firstname.lastname@example.org is not working , everything is blank.
