Link My Optus Service
My Account lets you keep track of all the essentials. You can pay and view bills, check your usage, recharge, access help and support, and much more.
Note: You’ll need to confirm you are the account holder of the specified service by entering a security code or personal details sent to that service.
It is recommend that you link any mobile services first.
By linking your service, paper billing will be automatically deactivated. Learn how to turn paper billing on or off here
You must provide a security code or account number.
Important note: After adding your Optus service, details of that service may take up to 48 hours to appear in My Account.
