I have a mobile with Optus and that is attached to the app so I could set up a direct debit to pay it. I also keep getting bills for my broadband saying I'm late paying but as it's a different account number I can't see it in the app to set up a direct debit. Trying to find a way to add the broadband to my existing account so I can then set up a DD and forget about it. Any ideas?
Contact billing via Live Chat or phone to get them linked together and a debit setup.
