We are travelling overseas for 5mths & before leaving suspended the only Optus mobile account we have so that only a few of $5/mth is incurred. The suspension could only be done for 3mths & then a further suspension needs to be requested via a phone call. The 3 months is nearly up & I now realise we can’t call Optus from the free overseas number because that SIM is suspended. Can I data call Optus? How? Is there another way of requesting the further suspension? TIA
