If I have a credit on my account, and no ongoing Optus devices or bills can I get that credit back into my bank account?

Its like trying trying to get blood out of a stone Brad but I do believe you will eventually get a refund if you persist with billing and accounts on the live chat link below or the 133937 number.

Should be fine providing it's not a promotional credit.
