I don’t know where else to go, I have lodged complaints online, phoned too many times to count. I have both a personal and a business account, both accounts have been messed up. I need it sorted ASAP especially my business account. I want someone to call me and take control from beginning to end and not make me ring up countless tones and talk to someone different every time. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of quality customer service

If you have made a complaint and you haven't received a response in a reasonable time frame or you are unhappy with the response then you can pursue that matter further if you wish. Information at the bottom of the complaints form under the "Complaint handling policy" shows you how to do that.

I've done this and someone tells me they will contact me 2 weeks from now. That is in no way good enough. I am running a business and Optus (their mistake) cancelled my account and disconnected my number and my internet. Why is there no one in management available to sort problems out. Every time I call I go no where after wasting a stupid amount of time every time. Your solution makes no sense because that is what I did amongst other things.
