I want to cancel my cable service and I get a letter from optus says that Optus will waive the cancellation fees by calling 1800502010. But now it seems that I can not connect to anybody by calling or message in Optus App. Plz give me some help.

Please contact Optus directly on 133 937 and holding the line to get through to a team member.
I have tried to call optus directly, after I have chisen to cancel the service, the call disconnect automatically.
It's funny that optus only accept new application for internet but refuse to cancel the service now~~~~~
