Hi, I have recently changed to another supplier and my account has been left in credit. How do I get my money back?

Normally after about a month of the bill being issued that shows the credit a cheque refund will be triggered. Occasionally it's not sent automatically though so if it's been a while I'd jump onto Live Chat and manually request it - http://yesopt.us/chat2us
