To an Optus Moderator . I Just logged in to my account with my email and password and it has brought up the wrong persons profile details.
Different name , address and contact email, but my email for login, very alarming makes me wonder about some kind of hack or breach of data/ privacy. To make matters worse Live Chat is not responding and hasn’t been for 30 mins

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This is something that we definitely need to look into. Can you please send us a private message with your account details? We need your full name, DOB and account number. If you could also include your My Account log in email address, that'd be great. We'll remove the incorrect profile and try and figure out how this had happened.
