I can't access anything on the optus website under my account. I get the following error message:
You don't have permission to access "http://www.optus.com.au/customercentre/myaccount" on this server.
Can anyone help me with this?
Apologies for the inconvenience @ Shandog and @mrporter. Have you tried clearing cookies/cache and also test an alternative browser? No current issues reported with My Account.
