I have 10 devices wiith optus and when I went to buy 3 more online I was declined because I did not meet the credit criteria,

Been with Optus for over 15 years, The business centre said it was because i went over the 10 device limit.


not sure where to go from Here.


my account managers number gas been disconnected


Cannot get anybody to respond.

Hi there tropfests - sorry for the late reply! Generally speaking the amount of services allowed per account depends on the size of the business, eg a small business, medium or large business with 50+ services.
