Is there a process at the Optus end for how the distribution/notification is handled? I see an email come through announcing the winner but no instructions for the other prizes.
The winner should receive a congratulatory email. We'll also want to confirm the delivery details for the prize.
I think we're on top of it at the moment; you shouldn't need to request a follow up on this one.
