Yup i subscribed optus sport just today, everything went well untill i got into the apps and suddenly its telling me it has expired please renew ?!!! What is going on

I have the exact same problem - on the Optus Sport app (Iphone) it says 'subscription expired'. Also, on the laptop through the Optus Sport website, when I try to stream, it says 'Playback error - please reload the stream and try again'. There is literally no way I can access the service - I can't even renew my subscription because it gives another error then it says I'm already subscribed.
