Hi Guys I goto the sport.optus.com.au web site.
Click Sign-up (top right)
After checking my eligibility (which is ok)
I receive a SMS to my optus mobile and am prompted to setup a user name and password.
This where the error occurs I receive the following error on the webpage (in red text) “EPL_USER_NOT_ACTIVE_001” and am unable to progress.
How do I resolve this?
