I am paying for Optus sport, it is on my bill but whenever I try to use it the TV screen tells me I am not subscribed.
I have tried to call Optus but I cannot get through to a Human!!!!
have you gone to sport.optus.com.au and actually clicked sign up? If not, do that.
Pretty much what happens is you subscribe when you sign up (or later on if you're existing) and that enables you to activate the subsciption through the sport site.
If you've already done that, let me know what else you've done
