I have an Optus account and I can login to that ok but when I try to login to the Optus Sport app it rejects the password. When I press the Reset Password button and use the link sent to my email address the link just takes me into the app again, not logged in and no option to change password. How do I get logged into app ?

I saw the proposed solution in reply to someone else who had the same problem. The solution worked, that is, go to the Optus Sport website (not app) and go through the Reset Password procedure using link sent to email address.
Glad you found the fix, I was about to suggest you register a new account instead of using My Account.
