Hi,
I recently signed up to Cable broadband on the Unlimited Fusion 30MBps plan, I am trying to get setup for the EPL season, but i can not seem to login or check my eligibility. I get the error:
'We've encountered a problem, and we're working to rectify it as soon as possible. Please try again later."
Been talking to support for 2 weeks now, and still can't get this resolved.
Anyone else having the same issue?
That's not good 😞 Can you private message me your full name, date of birth plus Optus phone number? Also the email address you're trying to link up to EPL?

Is it close to be resolved? I have missed many games now.
Unfortunately we're still working to resolve the issue yapa. As soon as we have a resolution, we'll be getting back to affected customers to let them know.
Another week has past and I have still not heard back from support.
What is happenening Optus?! EPL starts in a week now. It's looking increasingly likely i am going to miss the first game because of this debacle.
