I recently signed up to Cable broadband on the Unlimited Fusion 30MBps plan, I am trying to get setup for the EPL season, but i can not seem to login or check my eligibility. I get the error:
'We've encountered a problem, and we're working to rectify it as soon as possible. Please try again later."
Been talking to support for 2 weeks now, and still can't get this resolved.
Anyone else having the same issue?
Another week has past and I have still not heard back from support.
What is happenening Optus?! EPL starts in a week now. It's looking increasingly likely i am going to miss the first game because of this debacle.
