YOU WONDER WHY YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

BEEN ON HOLD FOR TOTAL OF 2+ HOURS AND STILL CAN'T CANCEL MY SERVICE. You guys are the worst. Your best retainment strategy of holding on to customers is by making it impossible for them to cancel their service due to your horrible customer service. YOU SHOULD ALL BE FIRED.

In fairness most of Optus service has been shut down due to the virus.

Apparently twitter and facebook can handle cancellations. Perhaps try there.
