Want to cancel plan but can't access MyOptus account

I wanted to cancel a mobile broadband plan that I'm not using, but can't access the app to chat to do it and can't call because it's critical enquiries only...

Please note that we’re unable to look into account details on Yes Crowd.
If you’re still needing a hand, please then send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details for further assistance mentioning you’re unable to use the My Optus app.
