I purchased an optus sim card and I can't activate it even though I entered all the right details. When it is on the passport number part, it always says that I didnt entered the right info. Please can you help me activate my sim.
You can message Optus Support via the My Optus app. if you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use Facebook or Twitter, include in the message that you do not have access to the My Optus app.
