I cancelled Optus Sport on 27 March through the Google Play Store. This was just before the sub was waived till 31 May.
I still have to pay two months until 3 June.
However I no longer have access to Optus Sport through my Fetch TV. I get the message to upgrade to premium.
I would love for you to cancel my sub until 31 May and/or give me access to Optus Sport.
How the hell do I contact Optus about my sub.
It would seem I need an optus phone number to link my account which I don't have.
The optus app is only available as either a Google play store or Apple and then I don't know if I then need an optus phone number.
Looks like my only recourse is to call them.
