My optus internet and my optus landline have stopped working. Frustrated with poor service.

I have been with optus nbn for a couple of months and today my nbn and landline abruptly stopped working. I called 133937 but it was closed. I paid my most recent bill yesterday so I don't understand what is going on with the optus service.

Last week, I had an email which stated that my landline was going to be ported to another provider. I went on this chat line and an optus representative said not to worry because I was a victim of identity fraud.

Could you please get my service running again?

It appears you didn't see my response to your other recent post.

We do not have visibility of or access to customer accounts here on this online public forum.

You will need to contact Optus directly for assistance with this issue.
