I have cancelled my Optus service but haven't received a final bill

I have cancelled my mobile account and am waiting for the final bill. It has yet to arrive, when will it arrive? I cannot see it to pay it in the app or online within My Account or My Bills. Calling results in long delays due to covid and the app messaging no longer works as my account is cancelled. Is there an email I can send to billing to request to finalise the bill?

Yep, should have received one weeks ago.

Is your e-mail address validated with Optus and your billing address up to date?

If you have a social media account, please then send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter  with the details for further assistance mentioning you’re unable to use the My Optus app.

Yes they sent a cancellation notice to my email address and my bills were purely online.
