How do I see my monthly data usage for my Optus internet service?
So I am just trying to find out my monthly data usage on my internet for the past 12 months, month by month.
It used to be available on "My Account" but now it appears I only have the current month available.
There is no capability to speak to someone from Optus at all. I'm so over the support here, its just crazy. Every time there is another method of communication removed. Next to no phone numbers, no chat bot, nothing. Its actually impossible to leave even if you decided to do so.
